This is one of the earlier skins that came out, back in ye good olde days when UT first started up... and like most of the old ones it had no team colors.

I went for simplified placement, given the nature of a police uniform basically to the armored vest and gauntlets.

Originally toyed with maybe changing the "L.A.P.D." with "U.T.P.D." but my skills weren't up to it back when; this is an edit I did a <b>LONG</b> time ago.
