Ok, Ok, YOU TOO Kron... download the Xconsole or AT LEAST change your font... {ut Folder}\System\UnrealTournament.ini

Font=0 < change it to 1 or 2 (2 is for POSTS or OLD PEOPLE)

xconsole uses quite a bit of ram initially to load it up bringing the "freezing" effect which the time delay of it loading up varies depending on several things and what ut needs to load for xconsole to open up fully

I wonder if it's causing my lag, because I lag horribly on some maps..and always have from this computer... (not at home though)

Yeah apparently only 4GB of RAM explains why my UT freezes up when i try to open xconsole :P
ah someone should just teamview that error i get while installing xconsole once when available :)))

Perhaps that would help, but do you use Open GL too? could be a texture problem )*WINK( or you could just look in the UnrealTounament.log file and press ctrl-end to jump to the end of it, then fly around the room 3 times, hop on one leg ... then let someone use teamview to fix it.

Seriously, though, it might be a dual core issue.. all of these problems show up in the log.

its because if you are running xconsole and demo manager it loads all your demos when ut loads, ive never found how to disable that on startup of ut. when you find the solution of the freezes or better opinions let me know.
