what Refresh Rate, max frame rate and resolution combination is best?

im using now: 140 fps, 70hz and 1024x768

and: is best play using mousefix or windows default?

28-35 fps 65hz and 800x640, windows default. i need to try mouse fix when i get back my pc and gaming mouse, zp combo bugs like mad with direct input on for some reason.
