You were not banned August last year. Last year August I went on a three week holiday. During that time you decided to cheat. When I came back there were 2000 player logs which I did not want to go through. Ever since the logs have been piling up. Earlier this week I decided to go through them and I found your cheat log so I banned you as per our cheaters policy.

The server clearly states no cheating and cheating has consequences regardless of how long it takes for your actions to catch up with you. You do not cheat on our servers and get away with it. Since this is your first offence your ban will last six months. Your ban will be lifted in November. I hope I have made myself clear.

This is certainly 100% positive catch and it is not a false positive.

I was banned, and I served the ban. Since it was lifted I have not cheated or cause any problems of any kind. I had several instances where problems with decals or lighting or something caused me to get kicked. EVERYTIME I came here and posted what happened and got responses of this or that. Each time, you or someone else has seen what was going on and lifted it.

Ok. Let's think about this.

The log was posted in December. If your ban has only taken affect now then clearly your ban was not in place if you have just now decided to post up about it.

I posted the ban policy for first time offenders. That time has not elapsed not even from lost post date December 6th. Your unban date would have been This year June.

Which leads me to the ban now. Your ban has only been started and you had not been banned previously. If you had been then this thread would have happened a long time ago as opposed to now.

I was banned, and the ban was lifted....I was unable to log in until Jan sometime, unsure of exact date

Ahhh, yes... Those date's only apply to the ALTERNATE Universe... to see the date's in THIS universe... flip it over... they are listed on the back.

In other words... it matter's not what we see, think, feel or be. Only that we know... It's not really my problem or up to me to decide, change or for that fact... even discuss.
