Not mine, in short, it's like a massive Face map.
The whole thing is like 2.5x larger and has lots of things that might suit Siege better than CTF itself (map was made on 2004 or earlier).
Points that would make it interesting for siege:
- Cores are inside special rooms, with gates and all.
- Big teleporter network inside both bases, can you build enough supermines?
- Best suited for 22 player matches.
- Mid spot is separated from asteroid (accesible by moving bridges or teleporters), getting mid item isn't as easy as stepping on it...
- Lots of decorations, you might hide something behind those.
- Secret rooms, good for unseeable defenses or teleporters.
- Extra rooms worth as nuke rooms.
- The tower's inside zones make an excellent place for translocator attackers and defensive boosters.
- Loads of possible locations for EMP and neutron bombs.
- Middle sniper halls are designed in a way that nukes can be placed safely.
- Tower roof is also a safe spot for nukes, as long as a jetpack man doesn't reach it...
- Teleporters are useful nearly anywhere in the map.
Cons in the map layout:
- Distance between both bases is huge, reducing it to a 75-60% would work.
- Sniper locations at ridiculous altitudes, gives mixed feelings about snipers, harder to kill, harder to get killed.
- Assymetric design, though I like it.
- Spawnpoints being mostly behind the base, could be moved inside.
- The automatic miniguns have to be removed.
- Needs a death zone when you fall, otherwise, the bottom of the map could be used if you get there safely.
- Only two paths with little obstacles in mid, the team with better shooters will get closer to the enemy base most of the times.
- A few BSP problems that affect visibility, difficult to solve, would leave those as it is.
