lotr already is improving, I can tell. He is starting to take more initiative in games now.
Now you got to start learning how to carry. So basically look at the game state of a game and ask yourself, "What can I do to make the game easier? Set up a Tele to close the distance for attacking/nuking wise? Kill off their SB to slow them down? Snipe the middle to take control of map?"
Start doing those and you'll start becoming more valued in uK. Always remember that while it's nice being skilled individually, teamwork is number 1.
