one map has MyLevel inside, but one map inside MyLevel... is a map inside another map. is like put a pot into your chicken xd, you would not, right?
pot into a chicken sounds wrong but is possible, unnecesary but possible I think, why you need that? .unr is not importable in ued so is not myleable but maybe you need a 3D Brush (.t3d) into MyLevel ?

you know when you download a map, and you look at it in the editor, the brushs arent there. i think thats turning it into a MyLevel. but idk, all i know is that it makes the map package smaller ( maybe a meg or something ).

When the brushes aren't there, they've either hid them (not sure how to do that), or deleted them without building geometry. It prevents people from stealing your brushes, and it makes the size smaller.

basically to make a map have less downloads you incorporate it into the map as a mylevel whatever it is i havent mapped in 4 years so i dont remember shit from UED

this is simply used to create less downloads of packages and also prevent mismatches which is in my opinion a very good idea

Removing the brushes is just done to stop people re-editing the map.
If you re-build the geometry everything disappears.
Any BSP errors are there for good.

Remember textures have properties, and by default they block light and objects, so they act like solid geometry.
