Some girl last night (lotrfan I think) was pointing out how bad the choices are for music in custom maps.
I thought I'd share a few tracks from the game Frozen Synapse. These are spookey and sneaky, and remind me of playing Deus Ex (sneaking around in corridors combating global conspiracies). I think they would be suitable for Siege.

Worth noting that these have a much slower buildup/introduction that most UT tracks.
Anyway I'm not suggesting you rip these tracks, as that would be a violation of copyright of hard-working indie devs. (You can pick the game and music up super cheap from a Humble Bundle.)
But they are a nice listen, and may give some ideas about nice siege music.
But really I recommend to mappers sticking with a default UT track. There are lots of great ones, and half of players don't listen to the in-game music anyway. Nobody wants to download your favourite pop song! (Although you can post it on forums if you really wanna share.)
BTW anyone got rick rolled in a UT map yet?
For electro-lovers some dubstep/newsynth:
