I'm not getting Email notifications for PMs!

I have the setting checked for getting email notifications for PMs but I'm not receiving them!
I checked my spam folder in my email because PMs sometimes go there but nothing...So I'm not recieving them! :(...I don't want to have to log in to see if I got anything. :S

Anyways...SAM or whoever knows...Please helppppp meee! :<
