Dont really need a Nuke Siren..

Was playing a pug today and my team was on point on when they would nuke... we took down like 4 incoming nukes. ALL SKILL :P

no lol, it's good, if everyone knows who is the nuker the team can't fool and confuse the enemies making boots, belt... or just going everyone together

on pug really dont need siren, the defender has the obligation of defend nukes and be aware for trans/speed sounds

my opinions on this is that it is a good idea like sam says the nuke siren would be obsolete with this change.

also like to add if the older siegers here remember there wasnt anything like nuke sirens or emp's and it was much harder back then to anticipate nukers. It might be even more so harder now because you relied on the nuke siren a lot with its implementation of it in siege but sooner or later with the help of pugs it will become games like the old days again where games were REALLY tight

I agree for removing nuke siren! If emp or neutron, i don't care much it can stay but no needed.
Blaze was right, games will be tight but i even doubt there will come to an overtime so often as it used to. Nuke siren just made people focus on creating mines and camping in order to wait for nuker to come.
It surely discouraged attackers in a favour of defenders(could read campers while waiting for nuker).
This way defenders gotta do their job properly by predicting some of enemy moves(or timing) and taking more care while defending.

most of players agree with remove siren, i am one of those.
but remove emp is not a good idea, but it must be changed, maybe the increase build time, increase the value (2500?) or make the emp dont affect the normal mines

I actually don't mind even if EMP affects everything there. It may also be a warning that a nuker may approach any time soon so that defenders can beware of that threat.
Neutron is ok. For whoever wants to waste 4000 RU. Sometimes useful if enemy got normal warheads so imo the price for such bomb is fair.
I doubt anyone will come up to use it in pugs but in public it may be ok.
Still i don't care if any of such gets removed along with nuke alarm.

the whole point of removing nuke siren, was to promote better gameplay and to counter-act the fact that nuke siren was removed the emp also had to go due to some of the points made above and the same was made for neutron because its just the gayest item I've ever come across for siege so far

Pugs and MLSG versions will always change to be more like classic and more challenging, that why I have asked for a lot of changes to what should be allowed and what shouldn't but I always keep in mind that most of the competitive players are new and have only played Siege version from Wildcards Siege Extreme and up. By knowing this i have always kept that game style and slowly change it to the old style one step at a time. As for the public server its all up to |uK| and the community to decide what should be on it or not as it not an actually competitive version at all.

yes, mine is good, but mine spam suck, it fuck all games... mine should not be a team limit on pub, but a limit by player, with other system, each player can have 1 to 6 mines on map paying 125 for it, 7 to 12 costs 250, 12 on... is 375

if a player make have 10 mines on map, but 7 of these mines are killed, he will make the next using 125 again, because what metter is the mine count in map by player

i see many NOOOBS, playing ONLY for making mines, 100% of ru used for make mines, and in all places of map, on own base, on mid, on enemy base... nice skill!! it's so pró, but is impossible play, with map 70% mined

that is the problem, mine is 0 skill level, it's very annoying and hinders a lot, is almost impossible nuke in some maps with 70 mines scattered!

mine is a noob item, not when a player make until 5 mines, but all ru used for it, is because these players has no ability to do anything

mine spammer defend nukes doing nothing, just being noobs making million of mines :D

I think it was MORE wild, and I liked the spontaneity of no nuke siren. It's more fun when you don't know, or have to adjust quickly to defend. I vote to bring it ON THE back.
