i tried play my ut (on phone memory) and i donwload one here...

but the game dont open, just keep loading forever haiusheiu
well, the pc really is shit, but ut is a game from 1998-1999

right click on the .exe for ut and go to properties and where it says compatibility mode change it where it says "run in compatibility mode for:" untick the box and it should run UT!

VIA Chrome9 HC IGP is an S3 GPU is your UT configured to use the S3 driver? also, it looks like the driver installed is the 'default' windows XP installs at setup... which is typically not the 'optimal' driver.

Open your desktop properties, right mouse click NOT on any icon on the desktop > does the menu that pops up have an S3 Control Panel option to click on? if not, it's just a default driver. Get the model of the graphics card (msinfo32.exe) and get the right driver. Try just changing to the S3 Rendering Driver in UT first.

It's an S3 graphics card... I had troubles with my onboard S3 card OFTEN... so I replaced it promptly.

Always make sure your MoBo chipset drivers are up to date as well.
They are often forgotten.

You have not said which UT renderer you are trying to use, or if you have updated from the ancient basic renderers.
