Unninstall your cracked photoshop ASAP, adobe people are on the way to your house.

If re-installing doesn't help, try re-installing the MS Visual C+ runtimes (no idea if PS is using 2005,2008 or 2010).

Or try the un-official photoshop fix :D GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program (http://www.gimp.org)

many things it could be, try resetting preferences/presets, Try to load PS but hold down Alt, Ctrl, and Shift at the same time and a window should pop up asking you if you want to delete pref's/presets.

runtime errors are normally called for by PS plugins and the file at fault is normally MSVCR90.dll

you could also look in your O.S event viewer and look for PS entry, may shed a bit more light on the problem.

unplug your whole computer, and open the window. the rest is self-explainitory
