From our friend Shadow at UT99.org,
UT99.org | UT Community SDK Release Thread : News | Official Contents (http://www.ut99.org/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=4470&start=0)

While it's still a beta addon, it's a nice choice for standalone mods and projects.
If you'd like to try it, I suggest installing it on a secondary UT due to possible network problems with the servers (and ACE).

How i did it:
Make 2 shortcuts:

UnrealTournament.exe, name it SDKut, add this parameter: -ini=sdkUT.ini
UnrealED.exe, name it SDKed, add this parameter: -ini=sdkUT.ini

Copy your UnrealTournament.ini to sdkUT.ini, on this INI, apply the instructions described on Setup.PDF.

UnrealED.exe, name it SDKed, add this parameter: -ini=sdkUT.ini

I'm sorry, had to ask... how do you add the parameter?

Make a shortcut, mine looks like this:
G:\Games\CleanUT\System\UNREALTOURNAMENT.EXE -ini=sdkUT.ini -userini=user.ini

The distro contains a "setup" file which tells you how to install it normally.
The next update (soon) will have an installer.

For now, you have to edit some lines in the UnrealTournament.ini to use.
If you want to edit with it, you should also add to UEd packages the same way you add any other.
