When I try connect to any server using the video renderer default happens an error

And when i try to use the D3D10 or D3D A wild error appears lol:

Try updating your DirectX installation
Download Download and Install DirectX9 End User Runtime | Install DirectX, DX9 from Official Microsoft Download Center (http://www.microsoft.com/download/details.aspx?id=35)

And try using the D3D9 renderer, or the new beta available at oldunreal.

You have not stated what Graphics card, or OS, which makes diagnosing issues with your graphics problems a lot easier.
eg. If you have an ATI you should be using the new OpenGL renderer.

I have a feeling this is not a video renderer issue.
Unless you are trying to run a server, install the v436 NODELTA patch.
I suggest renaming or moving the main INI, so it makes a new default.

Is this a fresh or old UT install ?
Did you just do any updates before the problem?
Have you connected to servers before this point with this install ?
Are you using the latest Mobo, GFX and sound drivers for whatever version of Windows ?

If you are using Vista, get someone to repeatedly kick you in the head, until you replace it with something that works properly.

Unless you start giving some back-ground information, there is nothing we can do, but pull random solutions out of a hat.
Without a chain of logic to follow, this is just pure guesswork.

I installed 2 different ut, i tryed the version 451 and 436 only, I resintalled my OS (Win 7 32bits), now the video renderer works fine, I can play against bots but i can't connect to any server.


This error still happening when i try to connect.

Post your settings, Renderer & settings, Graphics card? RAM?

I had a little trouble getting windows 7 to behave but installing all the updates and patches was critical.

I already fixed, the problem was in my connection option in the ut.

Was DSL Cable, i just changed to LAN and worked.
