i dont understand why people use photoshop to make pictures/ or edit them, i use the internet, and cut out tools etc

Yea ok Maybe its notas good as a "photoshoppers" pic would be but hey its good for being a none photoshoped :)

I agree. I use Photogenics, GIMP and Irfanview.

These were made in Photogenics, from a mix of official photos, and odd pictures I have or made.

It has not been updated for years, and crashes on Vista upwards (but there is a workaround).
BTW. no masks or magic-wand were used.

Also it is almost as easy as paint, to paint with (but more fun painting with fire!)
