Let next season (if there will be one) be capt/cocapt again. Teams have gotten away with picking up only reg people this season and neglected the dev matches pretty much knowing they'll get into playoffs just by winning atleast 3 regs., while others divided their picks well between reg and dev players which payed the price in the end.

For the development matches, these either shouldve gotten more points or should have 1 or zero starters in it (being an apart kind of league) in which the points gained from both leagues get put together.

thats never going to happen

you need at least two starters to guide and keep the match on track

I got 10 points from dev matches almost worth 2 regular match wins, the dev system was perfectly fine this season. Who captains pick up and their strategy is up to them. It was hardly picking up only reg player lolz. Maybe you can help with signups next time to get a better pool of players.
