packet lost on us server

hi ive a serious lag on us server from few days ive 40% packet lost other players 0% ive try on another windows os same ive check on uk server no packet lost someone could suggest me something to help me to solve this plz its boring thx in advance

Frog I am on mobile ATM. There is a thread called lag, packet loss etc you can google it with unrealkillers.com and it should come up. I need you to send a winmtr
