Reason was its a different bot, also the promote option was toggled with the L bot, with GUBER might be possible to do it as well (?)

Yes with the bot nick change I need to rebuild the server message bot to allow other names. Working on it now. I'll let Sam know when it's working.

SAM, I've also been working more on 2k4sounds but I'm waiting to get some feedback on how v22 works.
If you already have downloaded v22 can you download it again as the file has changed today.

SAM, 2k4sounds v2.1 is up and works fine. A problem with SmartCTF was giving trouble but we found a way around it.

I think thats because you have to be halfop or higher to promote. This is so people don't spam the chat and server .

They aren't updated yet because we need to sort out some registration/identify problems. They will need some protection again spam kicks when people remove items. We can sort out that as soon as we have promotion working.
