I know I said RC3 would be the final release but there were too many things brought up that needed changing after that so here is one more update. Really hope this is the last one and everyone can be satisfied with this release...

-Fixed various crashes
-Fixed negative scores (ya I've said that a few times but this time its actually true)
-Fixed containers bleeding through buildings (only super conts are allowed to do it now)
-Fixed Instagib Rifle spawning at the same time as other things
-No shrinker suit + speed allowed
-Neutron isn't so ridiculously easy to kill
-Visor increased to 700 ru, shrinker suit increased to 800 ru

The neutron really annoyed me. Waste of 4000 RU. I hope it does tonnes of damage.

Whats the range on EMP? Does it affect the whole map from your own base?

The neutron does do loads of damage, like 40 core damage or something. But you have to EMP the enemy base before you can plant one as the Super pro's take it out before it can build. The EMP has a limited range (about the size of the base on minicivilwar, maybe a bit bigger) bit it's EMP wave goes through walls.

Sniper HS accuracy would be useful.
Is this already used for team balancing as this is probably what makes teams more likely to win, especially in the majoirty of maps that are played
