If it said it was down, it's because I have been experiencing rebooting issues with the machine running my TS3 and UT servers. I am working on it today, and if you see it up in the server browser for longer than 15 minutes, then maybe it will stay up lol. I will be on it like Blue Bonnet until it gets done. I am trying to update my server right now, so it may be down periodically, but should be stable shortly.

Server is up and running so far with no problems now.
