I'm wondering why the Siege server is v436 (sure, it's a copy of the old pug... but only chis' used his access to do something to improve it).
I literally have to shutdown the server or issue a KickBan command on the player on the spot.

Second, his dynamic IP is a big issue since there's two other players in his IP range.
I suggest operating within NexGen by simply adding whatever new IP address appears into the current NexGen ban and letting it take effect on the following game.

The server needs an admin who is online and available most of the time at night, Eastern Standard Time 11 PM - 3 AM. Milen and a couple other guys like DOT (.) know exactly when no admin is around and start screwing up games. It's always the same. Kick vote usually doesn't work because of language barrier, gamer not reading the comments or don't care if they are in the other team.

Last night, in the Face-4, he is constantly balanced-unbalanced team's (!s-!p-!t-!r-!b etc.). Dozens times. (Higor has been online, spec, and I think he saw it all.)

There is something odd with Milen's ban. When I banned him once and blaze told me to remove it as he was going to do something about it, I saw there is a shitload of other IP being added in and I didn't even know, I only had 1 IP banned. Someone was throwing in IP to ban him so we need to find out why is this happening... I never banned milen enough to see that many IPs.

I only banned the 2 recent IP that he had, all other IP look like it's someone trying to get other banned under milen ban... I'll have to double check.

Milen has a matching MAC with Shockwave, so I removed the Nexgen ban.
Either way, the IP ban is still there and that only affects milen
