One dropped packet. Using a size of 15000 bytes which is about an average client datarate (albeit far more packets/second). When I'm connected (today and a bit last night) I am seeing anywhere from 60 to 1.6 seconds of lag. It's unbelievable.

So far, that looks normal. I suppose my PC might be messed up, or even my router. but it's hard to tell at this point.

If you are still having problems try using this --> tool (http://www.unrealkillers.com/f33/windows-mtr-network-diagnostics-tool-5464/), <-- leave it running for 5-10 minutes to collect a lot of data over each hop.

You need to run an MTR please from link in the above post.
