All won't let me in I restarted TS and UT as well as the whole computer.
Only uK servers won't let me in.

They all have 9999 IP

The script they (SAM) wrote for the server bans any IP's that try to send many packets in a short time period OR reconnect many times in a short time period. When the server crashes when we're pugging and we all try to reconnect at once, it bans us all. Blaze gets really pissed about this, but with the recent attacks on the server, what else can you do? Point being, yes you were banned, but nobody banned you. You probably tried to reconnect too many times or too quickly when the server crashed Moko. For future reference, if you think the server's crashed DON'T RECONNECT RIGHT AWAY. Give it a minute to reload the map and it's settings THEN reconnect.

I thought my UT was locked up and I kept trying to reconnect and it didn't.
Then I went to TS to PM some1 and I got banned. XD
I was starting to think SAM was acting cute, he likes to torture me. >.>

The firewall looks at # of connections every 10 seconds. Everyone is or at least was allowed 20 connections per 10 seconds but that exceeds when smart admins continuously change maps, restart maps, set tournament mode and then restart map again all in short time.
Anyway, Moko, you were banned automatically. I need to automate this stuff rather than sit here all day babysitting the server. The fact is its really precautionery but if anyone does get banned, unless you have 4 temporary blocks within 20 minutes (which is very hard to achieve unless you are actually attacking server) then you will only be banned for 5 minutes (300seconds).

I play occasionally, though not nearly as much as I used to (I used to Siege all day every day). I'm mostly taking a break from UT99 at the moment.
I personally would like to see him play. lol
I want to see how good he is. xP
