So couple of notes:
Tier 1, the first place is a toss up between this 3, but as of right now, no way they can drop from top 3, while Adrian and Dangerboy are pretty similar, the comms and extra siege factors like connection give an edge to Danger (plus actually danger has won a league), Osyris is one step behind them but could catch them.
Tier 2, these players hold themselves very well individually and make a good impact in the team, out of the 3 Cella has the most tools to decide matches, followed closely by Krikor who is more flexible in terms of positions, then Shiro probably has the best aim out of the 3, is more one dimensional in his gamestyle.
Tier 3, here's where things get real because the talent here potentially is very similar, but the fact that everyone has different positions and ways to affect the game, makes it really hard to rank, note to lotr because right now he's not in this tier, could he get there?, absolutely, same with M1K3 who might be a bit rusty but it's still a serviceable talent that's proven unlike some in this tier.
Tier 4, serviceable dev players with different styles but that make a similar impact in the field, the note for teddy well, he could make an impact, not sure if at this level, while he's got some talent he's still unproven in the big stage.

I honestly dont see any challenge to myself convict or chis with regards to adrian and dangerboy being in the same tier, put any sort of half decent team against them when the teams arent slightly stacked against them and they fall apart drastically... especially when we are on form
I havent pugged enough however everytime I do play against adrian or dangerboy its pretty easy to predict everything they will do as well as overtake them ingame after 15 mins or so of gameplay, if anything they should be part of tier 2 and tier 2 should be revised somewhat, people like cella and shiro and krikor for me arent consistent enough in their roles

Think top 5 is very clear in the ranking, while Adrian and Danger might not be as good as you 3, they're certainly above Osy from what I've seen in the last few weeks, Danger might fit what you're saying but Adrian does come up when the odds are against him.
Tier 2 isn't consistent, true, but they do play better than tier 3 when on form, when not well it's pretty similar, but can't rate everyone based on pesimistic observations, else Freeze would be worth 1000 since he plays with the siege fundamentals

Adrian has the advantages of hardware and tweaks. Dangerboy is clearly not in the same league as him.

I'd put myself in the same group with Dangerboy and Convict. I'm shit and my computer is a lagging fuck. I shoot higher acc with my laptop (which is also lagging at times) than with this piece of shit.

Personally feel like I'm around JD salary based on the above list, I don't have the drive to be as sharp as I used to be. I'm still a handsome devil though so there's that. :^)

And if i need be honest =/ i can play fair vs Adrian, Chis, convict, DangerBoy, the only ape i dont test yet is blaze =). but the last days my game increase.. But if u put me too high i will have bad salary so all its ok =D

Like the look of chis' list but if you honestly look at adrians gameplay its usually very one dimensional and he really cant handle it when the pressures turned up on him.
With the current inactivity with convict and chis I'd say the lists good but im pretty sure a few weeks before the season starts the salaries for them both will be changing simply because everyone wants to get some game time in and shake the rust off.
All im saying is dont base this off current form of pugs etc. Review it again say a few days/or a week before the draft actually takes place

Well this is the list i think would be good, because i see some players too cheap, and another people too high and then not play like past. I play more in public and see how some players now are better.

You might ask what are those 3 spaces? well if 3 impact players (non $100 guys) join, depending on their skill we will see if top guys move down or bottom guys move up, but honestly I feel like the talent gap is right there.

adrian above me convict and chis? LOL thanks for the lulz I understand he might be playing good but hes not that good, we are just rusty which will be shaken off for sure before matchweeks (for myself only)
also wanted to add having ipug players like xhackz sunny so low is stupidly silly specially when you have so many $100 rated players
since when did krikor become an admin in the league - i thought it was only rays moskva silverwing osyris me and chis with the input on this?

Because it has been a two man show pretty much and we needed someone who can give us some input.
I'm not sure about the ig players at all because I don't know any of them. I wouldn't mind seeing them higher either.
I believe Adrian is indeed the 1500 player.

Yeah same can be said for putting him higher because he is cheating. He was following all the nukers with ig on clarion and didnt even have any calls for where they were coming from which hut or anything and magically manages to follow all nukers step for step... i was using xc spec with simulatr function. Didnt record demo however

That being said top spot isn't always the greatest thing either lol. He is expensive as fuck when the top 5 are all pretty similar in the impact that they make on the game. I do think he deserves the top spot with how he's been playing but I'm not convinced that he's cheating based on the few times I've played against him lately. Like you said you 3 unrust and it could be a different story but he's earned that top spot right now.

Adrian is innocent until proven guilty. Just because he's suspicious doesn't mean he gets ranked lower. When did that ever happen? Everyone is judged by his past and current performance, while the current performance holds more value.

Anyway ive told moskva already but I'll let you guys know also as it will affect several captains who have already approached me about my availability, im not sure if I can make many if any games at all this season, I've got a lot on at work and my personal life at the moment and dont see it changing for the next 3 to 4 months. The captains that did approach me I have told my availability is only on the days I have off which isnt many on the weekend... basically if I can drop out would be ideal if not then keep me in but I cant make any promises to turn up as mentioned to the captains

I just have a lot to deal with at work at the moment and parents flying out to go back home, stuff to do at home, and other things that I need to sort out... I can stay on the roster on the basis there will be a chance I can make all games but definitely make the games where I am off on for weekends...

Because we don't have enough players signed up to need a 1500 cap, there's a lot of gaps in salary where there shouldn't be. I remember the hardest part about salaries in past tourneys was the mid-tier players being worth just a bit too much. In the 1500 format there's not only a confusing gap between mid-tier/lower top-tier players but also a more obvious gap between top 10 players who all impact the game in similar ways, especially within the top 5.

I realise many ppl are still attached to the past one way or another. Some prefer the old hierarchy of top players which doesn't reflect the present and others miss the almost gap-less salaries where skill gaps are neglected.
I discussed that with SW yesterday. He even wasted an hour with a $1000 ranking which g ave him worse results.
There is nothing wrong with gaps in the salary if those gaps represent the real skill gaps in ut. That's something that can be discussed and I think it still needs some adjustment.
However, it feels like your opinion is heavily impacted by the public reaction. You knew the ranking beforehand and didn't react at all.

I talked to Moskva about it on ts pretty late before I went to bed so I didn't make a post about it. Do you really think every signup should have a $50 difference between them? Especially within the top 10? We're jumping from a $15 difference per signup in a $1000 format compared to a $50 difference per signup in the $1500 format. That's too drastic if you ask me, perhaps meet in the middle with a $1200 format. The public reaction did influence me, mainly Adrian's post, but he's right about how skewed the rankings are among the top players.

You realize how much team salary there is? and where the big part of the signees it's at? we could be fooling ourselves thinking zac is a 600 player with the old system and saying "oh he's overrated".
Here's the news for all of you, the talent is just not there in this league, maybe in the past you could with the grims, diablos, mals of the world, but it's just not like that right now, we have 6 captains now, so if you actually bother to see how teams look like in a mockdraft, then you would understand.

The most common difference is $10.
There's no surprise that Adrian would complain about the salary gap. Everyone has an agenda. Adrian and blaze are clearly on another lvl compared to danger. $200 difference is totally fine. I'd have put myself above danger too but chickenwing didn't agree with it.
However, the difference to cella should be lower, albeit only marginally.. $100 less maybe. Cella can frag but lacks mic and brain I feel.

Meant to say top 5. I guess the main point out of all this is that I think the gap is misplaced and that the top 5 aren't as different as you think and when that's the case it affects the rest of the signups as well with them costing more overall. I think meeting in the middle with a $1200-ish format would be better for everyone. Also agree with you on Cella & same case could be made for osy (<3 osybro n_n)

1300 Dangerboy <- noticeable skill gap (would personally rank him below me and convict, not impressed)
1250 Convict <- barely any skill gap
1150 |uK|chiseller <- small skill gap from here to cella

950 Cella <- would be top 3/4 with mic
850 Rays <- small skill gap to cella
840 Krikor
