So with the signups now closed, we proceed to give you the values for the players in this league.

First of all we now have the 6 captains we needed, with them being Osyris, Cella, Spiderman, CAMILO, Convict and myself, so props to our rookie captains this season Osyris, Spiderman and CAMILO for stepping up.

Onto draft information: The draft is scheduled on July 12th at noon EST

The team salary cap for this season is 5150, with the round caps being 5150,3950,2750,2400,2050,1700,1350,1000,650,325,0

They have 0 pugs combined between all 3, playing against milen is way different than playing against a Convict, hope you're aware of that.

Also if you're feel they're underrated, how is it a bad thing in the long run? unless you want them to be around $600 and then complain about "omg too high I didn't get picked"

Two things: if you feel you're underrated, prove you're worth more
if you feel you're overrated, shut up and work to be worth it

Because a match is actually an organized game, not monkeys running around with rocket launchers, so if you think pubs are a good way to rank people, then Scourge would be really up because he gets a shitload of nukes off, would it reflect reality? no, because in matches nothing is given to you, gotta earn it.

I'll admit teddy might be a steal, who knows, most of the guys might be steals, but there are a lot of questions in the way, can he keep up with the fragging? can he mesh up with the tempo of a match? is he a good teamplayer? most are unknown answers, that's why the captains have a lot of decisions coming draft day and surely they'll have it in mind.

The best I can suggest is continue playing, make yourself known and show you're an active player to gather consideration.

anyway... I don't think all the players are going to be able to play because there is only a 10 slot server (assuming you guys not going to use any other server offering for IST cuz I always hear no response or possibly ignored when I try to offer any help) awhile too many players and few captains?

In pub, you gonna do everything yourself. It's like you are playing alone against all enemy team, no mine checkers and shit, but in pugs u have communication and stuff, so it way easier. If someone rocks on pubs, he will do even better in pug.....because he will get support from his team... While in pub he do all that alone...

it really is difficult to try and set an exact skill level for ppl. One day they can have hot aim, other days not. but still "low" tier like puskis with 100 vs adrian 1500 would mean that 15 puskis's would be evenly matched against adrian? Would make sense to give all the players atleast 300 points in salary, And add or remove from thereon if need be. Was the salary done in a group or By some1 who did this all By themselves?

Only prob with this we have only 4 captains from Pot1 or Pot2, but if you guys let Spiderman choose players from Pot1 and Pot2 in the same time its no problem

All these comments are retarded Moskva has a solid point: People who pug, get to be known. It has always been like that. You can always make your own ranking in a separate thread, it could be good for knowing how players feel (Tho imo it shouldn't affect the actual ranking provided by admins) about the salaries and shit.

Most of the times I don't give a shit about the salaries but this guy comment...

This is pretty spot on. Being underrated is actually a GOOD thing since you're not a big risk for captains to pick which means you have a higher chance of being picked. The top 20 are all players that have played in a siege tournament before and made themselves known in pugs. Experience does count for something.

I agree the highest salary player should be me or Danger, but 200 difference? Seriously, most of players think we are exactly on same level, and you all can see this on pugs, when me and danger are playing, the 1st pick 50% of times is me and 50% of times him.
If you guys dont want a tie on salaries, then you should put a fair difference between the players.

THERE IS A DIFFERENCE OF $ 660 IN FIRST 7 PLAYERS!!!!

You all know, 200 salary is a insane difference. In all other siege leagues the difference between ALL players was lower than 30! Why this one i'm 50 above Blaze? Why Blaze is 150 above danger? 100 between Danger, Chis, Convict and Osyris? 160 between Osy and Cella? Really? Osy is so good, or cella is so bad for justfy this difference of 160?

I'm really almost 2x better than cella? no way!

I don't use to comment on forum, but...

1) I have won in pubs to every high ranked player here. I have won teams with leaders like Osyris, Convict, Adrian, and all of them. BUT, obviously, is not because I'm a good player, just got lucky, and sometimes I know possible tactics they use, or my ping was better, or using a better mouse, btw, public matches don't show real skills of a player, AND EVEN, beign a CHIMP player sometimes works a lot on pubs. So, if you haven't joined a pug, is really difficult to know how you play with a real team.

2) If you have enough time, do your own list and show us your extremly professional criteria for the salaries.

3) Where is ChoChoS? :P

4) If you don't like, you are free to choice :D, just don't ruin it for others.

5) Life is unfair, you still need to learn it.

6) And finally, even a high ranked team with bad communication/sync/organization can lose (you need to play more pubs and pugs to understand it) so, like in pugs, all depends in the captains, they can do the difference choosing the best teams.

Hello all . I m not into IST, not even a Siege Player but i think That Stormy s post about making 4 or 5 pots is the best solution . You Can Just create those pots without Captains on . Easier than giving a Player a salary, isn t it ?

Yes, and currently there is much low player in 1000~1500 range, with really high difference between these players's $$$
it makes no sense! The teams that get me Blaze and Danger will be severely damaged because will left low $ for the other members.
Sacrifice all the team for get 1 player? If i'm cap i never would pick these 1000+ players

Salaries values is really bad.

Bug should be at least around paco/ nob salary imo, he really picks up new things quickly and he'll make an effort to do so.

No idea about the other rankings but the guy who suggests that admins should do all this and receive all this abuse and then not play themselves is a fool. If they have done mock drafts and the teams look reasonable then have faith.

Per request, considering the salaries changed only 24 hours ago and so all of our captains can show up, the draft has been rescheduled to the next weekend.

This will also mean the matches get pushed by one week as well.
