Hello,
I've been told that I got banned because I used a cheat in june on some bunny server.
I have been playing on combo instagib for three years and on uk for the last two and a half under the same nick on the same copy of ut and never used a cheat, so why the reason logged cheating?
I really don't want this to be a drama thread. I'm not a kid and been playing ut for the last 16 years and never got banned.

You definitely had a cheat loaded on a computer at your house. Therefore all computers from yours are banned.
I noticed the 'other' person who plays is Cass. But I also found that you've both played from the same computers.
yea i played with someone else on two computers , why ban and for how long ?

The first time is 6 months and the second is perma, I assume this was first time?

Really Sam with all due respect I never played on this server never used a nick piehele and my ip addressess are all completely different than in what you pasted, how does that concerns me l really have no idea...
It's really sad time for me , nothing sticks in what you pasted i play on xp and use version 4.51 no 4.36, please check all this casue it makes no sense to me , plus why would I do that knowing I would get kicked or banned which I never was.

The thing is, if the computer have a cheat and it enter the server with that, it set you to be banned for 6 months. No matter who done it, it's set to prevent that kind of property to not enter the server again.
So regarding IP, you've used like a lot of different IP # so whether you know or not, these are logged into the system.
Nonetheless, sorry you were caught into this but here is a tip, TimeStamp....: 26-06-2015 / 13:44:58 that mean you'll be able to play on the server December 26th @ 13:44:58. Just hang in there! Ha ha ha! Yeehaw!

It's all down to our autoban. I had a look and the link is here between you (soma) and goku (the person who had the cheat loaded) is attached.
Who is Goku?

I was late to classify the log as a cheat. The ban stamp is actually October. So he is looking at March 2016

If you look at the image I posted. It clearly shows you both played from the same IP at some point. That is the relation here.
I checked the Goku guy and he clearly has a record on gametracker (while I don't) to have played on your bunny sam server , so will you unban me please?

This isn't related to gametracker. We have our own player logging system. As I've stated. You have both played from the same IP at some point and therefore there's no way for us to tell that it wasn't you. As far as we/our ban systems are concerned, same IP = same person.

In Poland there is one internet provider who provides internet with a varied ip and there is a limited number of those ips so someone could have this ip at a completly different time, while i had some other.
Earlier you said it was my computer id that got me banned, this is really unfair SAM

I don't know what it has to do with anything that has been said in this thread. Do you really need to know everything about my life to belive what i'm saying?
Your computer ID is banned because you shared IP with goku at some point or you are the same person. There's no way for me to verify whether you know this guy in person and you were both playing together at the same house some day or if you had indeed at some point crossed over IP.
The reason why people are asking these questions about 'your life' is usually because if someone knows a more well known person, we could usually confirm with them whether you are the same person or not.

finally, thank you Nordog, no I have not , as I said I have a daughter in college and another one who is nine and I didn't want to share it because she is that somebody that I sometimes secretly play with on my two computers.

I have an IT tech friend in the orange neostrada company and asked him to check if I could have this ip 178.43.124.102 and he said it is impossible because ips beginning with 178 are from Kraków/Warsaw area while I live 350 kilometeres from the thiese cities my ips then were beginning with 192...
So it's obvious now that you will defend your logging/banning system at all costs no matter how flawed it is, even a simple online ip query backs what I'm saying

I'd say he's legit and honest. Some of my company’s best customers come from Poland. Never had an issue with them.

I checked the Goku ban thread from December 2014 and it seems he came back after 6 month ban to Sam's House server only to get revenge for his ban so my only hope is that he got a permanent ban this time...
And now to you Goku. I know that you're reading this thread bucko and by now I know exactly where you live including your exact home address (unfortunatelly I'm not at liberty to share this info with anyone). Lucky you live far from me otherwise I would settle the score the way I see fit...
