I use high-velocity mouse settings and i have the distinct impression that when i hit the supplier, and change weapon (other than enforcer), my mouse speed changes. Becomes slower and sluggish.

If i just user enforcer, speed looks good.

Once i hit supplier and switch weapons, speed looks slow.

Is there something causing this?

Type 'STAT GLOBAL' in console.
See how values change before/after you hit the supplier.
The values are in Milliseconds, but seeing what values change drastically during the supplier hit event will tell me what's up.

Yeah it's weapon-related. Just looking at game stat, whenever a weapon is like 1.6 or something it's slow, while enforcer is below 1.0 and fast. Minigun looked fast too.

Maybe something to do with server-side stuff?

Inc screenshots.

I tried a random NW server and it's there too. To a lesser degree maybe, but there too. Enforcer is faster than other weapons. Maybe it's always been there and it's a UT thing and for some reason i'm just conscious of it now.

And prolly a client setting to find somewhere, vsync or something. Dunno.

The stats in the first 3 screenshots appear to be too similar... except for Actor
Try 'STAT GLOBAL' + 'STAT MESH' instead (avoid capturing a scene full of players and action).

Still, it's too few of CPU time wasted on Actor...
Try changing into 'High performance mode' using the constructor GUI.

> Select constructor.
> Hold alt-fire first, then press fire.
> Open settings menu
> Enable High performance mode.

Let me know if that reduces 'Actor' timing.
