SO THIS PROBLEM STARTED HAPPENING WHEN I DID AN UPDATE FOR WINDOWS. I clicked yes to all because updates SHOULDNT MESS UP YOUR INTERNET. So now, I crash alot like 3 times every hour. I go out for about 30 seconds to two minutes. Our internet is fine I know that but something is wrong with my my pc and the dumb updates I said yes to. If i remember correctly I clicked yes to framwork.net and something else. I deleted Framework net thing. Please help me I have no clue what to do.

Ace hates you. Sorry about your luck.

No, seriously, it looks like you're having tickrate troubles. Try opening UT and typing into console Netspeed=20000.
Edit: And windows update won't break your computer, have fun downloading .net framework again, because it will keep prompting you. .net framework is necessary files. You should go to http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/search.aspx?q=.net%20framework and download that specific version of .net framework again and install it manually. That might be faster than automatic updates.
Edit: and were you recording a demo when you took this? and whats in your c:\UTDev folder?

Yea I finished half life 2. I installed team fortress to practice talking to people. That was the game with the gradma talking about eggos, two nerds talking about mouses, and one kid screaming >.>

If I don't get an answer I'm going to do it my dumbass way and reinstall windows. Blaze would that get rid of d3d10 too?
