I am not sure but server keeps kicking me today. It doesn't state the reason for the ban/kick.

I suspect this may have to do with my VPN provider change.

I never had any problem with existing connection which is a bridge tunnel (VPN) as well. I acquired new connection via Shaw as lately Telus has been causing grief with 15-18% intermittent packetloss and 200ms hops making it unplayable.
However, I guess Shaw must be doing the tunnel differently which is causing the server to flag it. It is my dedicated IP which doesn't change and is not a public service. Is there a possibility you can allow the IP to connect to the server? Thanks.
Probably not. The automated system does all the work. It's designed to minimise admin input. Sorry.
