Wanted to ask # |uK| fleecy banned me for 500 matches for using nick "Skarn" ????
Skarn changed his name beacause of me
he change his name Skarn from LOW skarn
I like the nick Skarn thats why i use it

You can't use alarm because it's someone's else name. That is called nicknaming.
Skarn have used his name a long time before yours. If he have something before his name is because he is using some tag of something. Like you are with UL.
Find another name that isn't taking someone else.
If you understand this i will in an you as a chance that you will not do it again.
