I know right, it's like my favorite defensive weapon got left behind and forgotten. Even after we upgraded it's code and added a new twist to it. (Toxin suit is protected).

This is confirmed. You do NOT have enought RU to build this item. Usually the default value is MAXED out for an Item to be Locked out of teh constructor, but it has normal values. Isn't this >NumBuildings=40 supposed to be 41?
I can fix the builds disappearing thing, it's a server config thing.
I bet you noticed, it disappears after 5 seconds you leave direct line of sight to the center of the build right?
Increasing that timer to 15 is appropiate.

i think it happens with players too like in ec2 for back defenders they hide behind the rock and are visible but then turn invisible. When you shoot them, you could see blood coming out but a little time to kill them. For me its just normal.
