neutron is fine.. i made it ontop of core on minicivil and it brought it down from like 80 to 40 or something
i didnt get all my ru back but it owned the core so its all good

The Neutron bomb is not supposed to destroy objects so much ... its supposed to kill people & leave structures intact.
Just like siege is a military blockade of a city or fortress with the intent of conquering by attrition or assault, not to just kill the core. you gotta wear em down till they just give up. but that is not entirely optimal in a vid-game. peeps just quit the game & u get switched to losing team.
