Your US instagib server isnt showing up on the server list why is that?

Where is it not showing. Your favourites of the server browser list?
Sorry for not clarifying. It's not showing on any of the server browser lists, meaning ut servers, populated, ctf, etc etc. It DOES show in my favorites howeverQuote:
