im pretty sure some of the other players like w4rrior dont have a ping of 200+ so im pretty sure its client end issues for the likes of moskva uchiha etc

call your provider tell them to fix the problems
have you done tracerts and pings? if so what did sam say was there any problem with any hops? if there was tell your isp which one and show them these infos too, they can fix problems if you show them its there

I HAVE BAD PING IN IP 1 OF 280 OR MORE.
IN IP 2 I HAVE FROM 180 TO 200
