I agree with kenneth, should be higher since a noob would get it. I seen this before, didnt know who made it though, guess it was you too then freeze when we played minicivilwar.

You do lag/skip quite often that's why I don't like playing against you. It's extremely boring watching someone skip all the way into the base and you cant hit them because they are lagging so bad. You do the same even in IPUG servers skip your way into the base but just try to corner shoot while your skipping. Disrupts the flow of the game so badly its not even worth playing vs someone thats ALWAYS lagging.
