Am spelling out what should be obvious. When a player joins a pug who is known to have not pugged or if you don't recognize whether they have pug experience, check to make sure that they have ts ahead of time so the pug can move along smoothly once it fills. The player i_remember_my was in a pug list for over 2 hours and didn't know he needed ts. If there is a language barrier (he speaks Spanish), find an admin who can communicate with them if one of the pug players doesn't speak their language.
@'Zac: yet another dead or lame pug. Like I said.
