2 Americans came back from Africa, both contracting the Ebola virus. They are being held in Georgia. I'm sure everyone has heard of the outbreak within 3 territories of Africa with a total death toll of over 1,400. Symptoms can take anywhere between 2 days and few weeks to kick in. The virus has a high mortality rate, killing 50-90% of those infected. There is no cure as of right now, but it's being worked on.
To be completely honest about this, bringing both of them back to the states was a wrong move. Anything can happen and go wrong, leading to a massive outbreak, and without a cure, we know what happens.
Hopefully it is kept under check and a cure is developed for those infected. I don't want to see events like what happened in Contagion happen here.

Well it is fifty-fifty they can conduct experiments here in the US and create vaccines from those who have the virus. Also unlike in Africa, US have vaccines to protect you so an outbreak is possible but it might be a minor.

I'd like to see if someone make a petition to ban/remove those 2 peoples from the US. LOL... No need to carry more crazy stuff around the world, leave it there as it once was!

As much as it bothers me that they brought a deadly disease with no solid cure or vaccine, they were taken to the CDC in Atlanta where it will be contained better than anywhere, and being American citizens I feel they deserve the right to best treatment our country can provide.
Though, this could be to weaponize ebola. Who knows what those crazy kids running the country are ever up to

The news said that 1 person who came from Africa got treated, mostly. And cured, so then we have another 1 coming with Ebloa....... and trying to cure him. Next, we are going to have a bunch of immigrating/visiting for Ebola cure.... -.- lol
