    like the apes on siege server use minigun to lockdown (if they know what that means).....-Even spiderman(300ping+) can kill you in less than 3 seconds with the minigun , but you know , its not overpowered at all. :^)

    Rather than how much hp minigun takes, or its fire rate, I think it is overpowered because of the lockdown (as Beast says). If there was no lockdown world would be such a better place...

    I admit the Siege minigun is a special case because it doesn't share ammo with the enforcer (which is far stronger than default one in Siege code but not in LC one, I should make LC Enforcer also have an increase in shot power...), and because you start with full ammo, so for that reason the Siege miniguns have their fire rate slightly reduced.
    Also, in LCWeapons pushing back has been reworked to be noticeable but not game breaking (all miniguns).

    Old:
    - Push player back with a momentum of Damage[9~15]*500.0*(Direction of shot)
    - 20% chance of multiplying said momentum by 2.5x
    Result: move player back, with 10 velocity changes per second.(lifting the player from ground if aiming slightly upwards, preventing movement and jumps).

    New:
    - Same push back formula
    - 20% chance of multiplying said momentum by 2.5x
    - Otherwise nullify the whole momentum
    Result: move player back a bit less, with 2 velocity changes per second, lockdown mitigated.

    Rifle's been overpowered from ZP release, who used rifle in 200 ping servers before? (I did, to great extent)

    IMO, tinkering balance beyond tickrate and momemtum effects literally turns UT into a different game, I'm playing UT99, where you can burn down noobs with pulse gun in 3 seconds, not those shit new UT's and their weakass 'link guns'.
    Same could be said with other weapons.

    So yeah, improve functionality of the non-zp weapons, instead of nerfing the ones working as intended.

    why dont bring a type of newnet for siege? all weapons are perfect in newnet even with 150~250 ping.
    And in nn is possible hs a crounched player, it's hard, but is possible

    Pretty sure nn would work with siege but problems still need fixing such as the HUD displaying wrong HP values and some others that I forgot...
