that used to happen to me A LOT, but i found out it was because i was using "internet phone" connection ; free wifi.
When i changed ISP, it stopped, thank god. Bad part about these kicks is that... it resets the CP.
i did it all when it used to happen, and nothing worked. setting, change nespeed, get other usur.ini .. nothing worked. So i just assumed it was a internet connection problem.

sp0ngeb0b took them down a few months ago, the combo server basically died overnight, and the SLV server died years ago.

I'm pretty sure the way the map vote was set up, was what accelerated the death of the server, can't remember how long the maps where locked after being voted, but it was too high, and people didn't want to stick around hours to play 1 map they liked.
