    Friends from Germany

    I need to pay a BMW part, this one: BMW Z3 3.0i M54 3.0L - 51718410169 - Convertible Top Seal - ES&#35130255

    Believe or not, i will problably buy this from US, here in Brazil its too expensive.

    But MAYBE in Germany is cheaper...

    Can you guys help me?

    Well if i bought from US the shippement is 80 dollars... plus the part something around 440 dollars.

    This part on a BMW store is 1k

    Around here taxes can make a car's price go up to 200%.
    I'd venture to say that over half the 'non-contract' cell phones were bought outside of the country... and I can keep naming more stuff.
    Brazil is a lot better than the rest of South America, maybe except Chile regarding techonlogy prices but some things are still stupid expensive, especially a not so common BMW part

    It's one of the reasons you don't see SA players running UT99 on Core i7's, resorting to overclocking is more cost effective lmao.
    Ideally, it's on USA where you get better prices due to the terrible 1=1 dollar-euro conversion, but given BMW origins and main hq, you 'may' get lucky there provided the price difference can make up for safe shipment costs (I wouldn't trust state mail, at least in Uruguay).

    It isn t because they are german That they are all aware about Bmw and able to have cheap price .
    I live near german border, by curiosity i have take a look at this part . The price is around 350-360 €, it means too Much if You add taxes ( because euro zone) and spedition (+ big delay shipment) . I have a friend working for Mercedes and as he told me, You better try to find it used or via ebay...

    I can confirm the price. I can ask in a local store in the near, there are selling original parts of all car manufactures. Maybe it's cheaper.

    so I asked in a local store and they have the same prices. It's better to get it from ebay.de like deluxeorgasm already mentioned.
