Ya I think a few matches should be enough with a message saying to stop idling in the server or he will be permabanned or something like that. Make sure you get him next time he doin it though so he knows.

lol usually when someone is idling i move them to spec the other mods or admins should do the same i dont see the problem if they get moved to spec when there back they can come back in...........

yeah, but that requires a mod on the server, not always is a mod on duty
i'm not asking you to be 24/7 logged, i think kicking like chronox said is a good alternative... in the meantime i think your idea should work great

haha i do the same... boost them till even they suicide on acid... but i can't kick so that's when i start cursing or when moko's in then i don't curse and i ate my words hahaha
