Virtual Memory problem

Few days back this problem started:

I've seen few steps from the other forum post, but none of those help. I still have 30gb free in my primary hard disc.
First I tried few things, like closing some programs that was running at the same time as I opened UT, and that worked, the UT ran without any problems. But from 4 days back, its happening a lot, and I have no clue what is causing it
Also, if I restart my computer, the game runs normally.
Do you guys know what can be the source of this error ?

I just did that, I'll see if that works later, since everytime I restart the computer the problem disappear for a while.
