    Not sure if your going to get this Just2Blonde but it seems ive been banned from server not to sure whY? however i believe it may have to do with my terrible connection. i want to inform you that i have bought a house and now have my own internet, so i would greatly appreciate it if you could remove my ban, Thanks R00kie

    Check your logs, screenshot, & even if you get a Nexgen dialog window when you get rejected from server or anything in the console... and post them in here.

    it just said in console when i checked it i was banned, when i go to the server it says it is inactive

    lol im old 47 not really sure how to take a screen shot, i googled it and it said hit alt and printscreen button nothing happened and i hit insert and printscreen nothing happened. it took me all night to just to create an account here lmao, really i just want to play ut, ive been playing like 13 years or more and just like to veg on comp.

    i was just thinking about something, when you get banned isnt it your ip address that gets banned? so if im with a new internet service wouldnt my ip address change?

    Rookie, when you are in the game, and the ban message come up, press F9.

    Then exit out of the game, go to your UT's directory and look in System folder, there should be a file called Shots001 or so. Upload that here or another site like tinypic or photobucket and post the link here.

    this message doesnt come up automatically, i have to open up console. it just says connection failed, when i look into my favs it says server is inactive but i see there are people in it. so i try to connect and i get the connection failed.

    It looks like you may have been caught in someone else's ban. I'm not at my desktop right now so I can't do anything about it but perhaps someone else can. I believe it's ban entry #33 with the reason "unknown (7)" for "VRt" (whoever that is). Perhaps removing the client ID that starts with AAFCDF5E (R00kie's client ID) will allow him to join. I don't see any other immediate matches for identification.
