I would love to build my own house in the future, with tools like the unreal engine around you can make a to scale version on a computer, and see what everything will look like before you build it(basically a 3d blueprint of a house).

I thought about designing my own floor plan but that would take me forever. I wouldn’t be able to make up my mind lol

In these communities you can chose from a bunch of different floor plans and make changes like extended garages, lanai size and turn bed rooms into dens or flex rooms. But you can't design your own floor plan. For that you have to find an independent lot in an open neighborhood and hire an architect. That usually costs up to 100% more for the same size of a house. Also.. my community offer stuff like a club house, large pool, tennis and basketball. And the home owners association in my community makes sure that nobody turns his lot into a junk yard by parking a bunch of crashed cars or other crap on his property. You are forced to keep your house, yard and everything in good shape in order to keep the value of the neighborhood and the houses high in case you want to sell at some point.

Thanks! That's my ex race / track bike. It's a 2012 GSX-R 1000.. love that bike. I slapped some LED lights and a plate on it in order to make it somewhat street legal again. Just recently sold my truck, Duc 1198 SP and KTM EXC 500. Doing the 1 bike only thing right now... I'll see how long I can take it without a owning a cage.
