So let me get this straight.. he is a known lamer that has been punished time and time again, given the benefit of the doubt so he can get banned again a few months later and he still keeps getting apologized?
Ok.. fair enough... so what does this do to prevent people from laming all the time? Why should people behave? He is the perfect example on a guy that never learns but he keeps getting forgiven... the message it passes is that it really compensates to lame at will, take a week or so break as a ban and there he goes again to be the same lamer he has always been...
