2 uk server cctf nox? cant access to one of them

hi since 2 days there is a new uk server for insta but i cant play on it it load then it send me to the other one even if server have free slots

is it normal?

If so that is a shame, both servers were frequently full before, this one will be 16/12 players 24/7.

we had reports of server performance issues from regulars saying server was running crap (original ip/server) so we replaced that server with a new one which seems to have been a good move, that's it basically
