It's literally just 2 eggs and 1 banana in a blender. Then pour it onto a non-stick pan coated with butter or coconut oil and flip it when the edges turn a bit brown. I usually put some butter and/or peanut butter and/or coconut-almond butter on it. I'll make it this weekend and post pics for the non-believers.

Toss 1 banana in a blender.
And 2 eggs.
Added heavy cream this time which you'll later see made it really difficult to flip the pancake and I do not recommend.
Also added some cinnamon to bring out the natural sweetness of the banana.
Blend it.
Grease your pan with either butter or coconut oil (I used the latter).
Pour that shit in your pan.
1 minute later...
Another couple of minutes or so...
I've never had this much trouble flipping it before, so my guess is it's due to the cream. It fell apart as soon as I put the spatula beneath it lol. Usually it all stays together and looks much more like a pancake.
Doesn't matter though still delicious. I added some butter and coconut-almond butter but you could add strawberries or blueberries or something and I think it'd be pretty good.
