What about nuking sup like in clarion ultimate map with an usual excuse of killing stuffs built on it? Is it fair?

I've seen players nuked the sup when there are building surrounding... directly at the sup...
& I've seen those who just nuked at the sup with no other building surrounded. This one will give the nuker a loss of RU, but there is no significant clear communication to say who has already at the sup so the nuker lost his bet on that one when he could just go to the core, unless nuker thought they can survive and go straight to the core next. & as usual, the nuker doesn't get RU for spamming in supplier and cause the RU to be on hold -I've seen this happened more than 3 times already for paying attention, butchered is popular for that.
Now for those who are just doing it on purpose awhile there are nothing there just to troll or wasting the nuke in a recklessly way at the sup... can get a warning.. but I don't recall much of a ban of nuke sup spam.
