Yes, but you do not turn once that person is past your screen, and run after him to kill him.
Chasing means that you see a person on your screen, and you then walk past him, and decide to run after him. That is not legal. Sometimes it happens, but to do it almost every time its not legal. I can lift the ban, if you can promise me you will try to reduce it .
