I have a question. I was downloading the game, but the laucher send me the next error: 0xc000001d
My pc is new and I dont know what do whit this :c

What launcher? You mean installer or have you installed the game and the short cut is giving the error.?
also where did you download it?

OK, Right click "Computer" in Start menu, select "properties"
What service pack is there?
You need Service Pack 1 installed to play UT4, that is what the error is linked to. As you are saying it is a new pc, it would make sense it is not SP1 and that is why you are having the issue.
